Does the Free plan ever expire?
Never. Free is free, forever — your booking page and one calendar sync stay on as long as you want them. Upgrade only when you need more.
What counts as a "seat" on the Team plan?
Any pastor or staff member who takes their own bookings. Admins, assistants, and church secretaries are always free — they coordinate without counting against your seat total.
Can I switch from Solo to Team later?
Of course. Bring your meeting types, members, and care notes with you. Switching back is just as simple.
Do you offer discounts for smaller congregations?
Yes — churches under 75 weekly attenders get 50% off Solo and Team. Send us a quick note from your church email and we'll set it up.
Is member data really confidential?
Encrypted at rest and in transit, never shared, never used to train models. Care notes are visible only to pastors you explicitly route to.
